 | Cliff Allen - General Manager Cliff joined our team in 1995 in our used car department and has since contributed to every department at Allen. This broad experience has helped Cliff in his current roles as General Sales Manager and Assistant General Manager. In addition to his experience at our dealerships, Cliff is a graduate of the National Auto Dealer Association's Dealer Academy and a graduate of the Orange County Automotive Management's F&I program.  | Jim Loynes Jr. - Director of Sales & Marketing Jim Loynes Jr. began his career in 1986 at Allen and has been a top Cadillac sales consultant, Fleet Manager since 1989 and established our Internet department in 2001.  | Sean Duncan - Internet Sales Coordinator Sean became one of our Cadillac Sales Team member in 2003. Drawn to California from Oregon for the year around sunshine, Sean came here to race BMX bicycles. Coming from a bartending background, he quickly learned that sales was something he had a passion for. After 3 years in the mortagage industry, Sean became a customer and eventually an employee of Allen. His product knowledge of the Cadillac line earned him 1st place honors at the 2007 L.A.
